이용약관
1. 사용 허락
무료 버전은 개인·업무 용도로 자유롭게 쓸 수 있습니다. Pro 라이선스는 한 번 결제로 구매자 본인의 Mac 최대 3대에서 쓸 수 있으며, 1.x 버전의 업데이트가 포함됩니다. 라이선스를 재판매하거나 공유할 수 없습니다.
2. 체험과 환불
Pro 기능은 7일 동안 무료로 체험할 수 있습니다. 구매 후 14일 안에 support@dawonlabs.com으로 요청하면 이유와 관계없이 전액 환불합니다.
3. 안전한 사용
Lidnight는 뚜껑이 닫힌 Mac이 잠들지 않도록 전원 설정을 바꿉니다. 배터리·과열 보호 기능이 있지만, 작동 중인 Mac을 가방이나 이불 속처럼 통풍이 안 되는 곳에 두지 마세요. 앱은 설치 시 사용자의 동의(관리자 암호)를 받아 정해진 전원 설정만 바꾸는 도우미를 설치하며, 앱 설정에서 언제든 제거할 수 있습니다.
4. 보증의 한계
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 우리는 앱이 항상 오류 없이 동작하거나 특정 목적에 맞는다고 보증하지 않습니다. 관련 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 앱 사용으로 생긴 데이터 손실·기기 손상·작업 중단 등 간접 손해에 대해 우리의 책임은 해당 라이선스 구매 금액으로 제한됩니다.
5. 변경과 준거법
약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알립니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.
Terms of Use
1. License
The free version may be used for personal and work purposes. A Pro license is a one-time purchase for use on up to 3 of the purchaser's own Macs and includes updates for version 1.x. Licenses may not be resold or shared.
2. Trial and refunds
Pro features can be tried free for 7 days. Within 14 days of purchase, email support@dawonlabs.com for a full refund, no questions asked.
3. Safe use
Lidnight changes power settings so a Mac with its lid closed stays awake. It includes battery and heat protection, but do not leave a working Mac somewhere without airflow, such as a bag or under a blanket. With your consent (administrator password), the app installs a small helper that changes only specific power settings; you can remove it from the app's settings at any time.
4. Disclaimer
The apps are provided "as is". We do not warrant that they will always work without errors or suit a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect damages such as data loss, device damage or interrupted work is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
5. Changes and governing law
If these terms change, we will update this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
